I live abroad — can I use Per2Ft without being in India? +
Yes — roughly 40% of our clients are NRIs. We handle the entire onboarding remotely: video property walkthroughs, e-signed agreements via DocuSign / Aadhaar eSign, direct transfers to NRE/NRO accounts, and WhatsApp updates across time zones. You'll never need to fly to Chennai for routine matters. For one-time events like property purchase or registration, we coordinate with your Power of Attorney.
When do I get my rent each month? +
Rent is collected between the 1st and 5th of each month and transferred to your bank account (NRE/NRO for NRIs, savings for residents) within 48 hours of collection. Your monthly statement — with all income, expenses, and deductions — is shared by the 7th.
What happens if the tenant doesn't pay? +
We follow a structured escalation — reminder, formal notice, then legal action if needed. On Gold and Platinum plans, dispute resolution and legal notices are included at no extra cost.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime with 30 days' notice. Many clients start with Silver and move to Gold or Platinum after the first year.
Do you manage commercial properties? +
Absolutely. We manage offices, retail spaces, and commercial buildings. Commercial properties typically use custom-scoped Platinum plans given higher complexity and stakes.
Do you operate outside Chennai? +
Currently we operate across Chennai and select Tier-II cities in Tamil Nadu. Expansion to other South Indian metros is underway in 2026. Contact us to check your location.
Are repair charges included in the fee? +
No. Our fee covers management. Repair costs are passed through at actual vendor cost — we do not mark up. You get the original invoice with every repair.
